For the record, I have one of these in my car, and LOVE it. I was never really able to put it thru it's paces until the long drive home from the meet this weekend, and I gotta say, I'm impressed.
On the drive home in the dark, I was hammering on the stereo REAL good. I also had the HVAC going and my headlights and fogs on.
I was watching my digital voltmeter to see how it was handling everything, as well as watching for light dimming and such. Lights never dimmed, and the voltmeter was running low 15s when the bass wasn't hitting, and would drop to the mid 13's on strong bass notes. The ONLY way I could get it to drop into the 12's was when I hit my turn signals too.
Oh, and this is what it's powering....
There's also a 500W amp under the passenger seat. All in all, I'm putting out probably just over 1000W when I'm hammering it.
